With a large rubberized deck, 10-inch pneumatic tires in the front, and shock-dampening suspension, the Air has revolutionized what entry-level scooters can look like, with all-new comfort, stability, and ease of use. Weighing only 35 LB (38.5 LB for the Pro), the highly portable Apollo Air is perfect for bringing on the bus or train—that is, if you can resist the urge to ride the whole way there. Feel the thrill of instant acceleration on the Air. Our base model can reach a top speed of 15 MPH (25 KMH) powered by a 250W motor, so you can easily keep up with most cyclists. The Air Pro offers extra performance for more demanding riders, with a top speed of up to 18 MPH (30 KMH) powered by a 350W motor. With swift acceleration across the board, both models will meet any new rider's need for speed.

The name "Air" is just as much about the feeling of riding this scooter as it is about its portability. Both the Air and Air Pro offer front suspension—a spring system in the standard model and double fork in the Pro—making them two of the most comfortable models in this category. But we didn't stop there. Both models feature a 10-inch pneumatic tire in the front for added comfort and a large rubberized deck with plenty of room for standing. The combination of premium shock absorption and large, sturdy tires makes the Air one of the most stable scooters we've ever had the pleasure of riding.

12 Month Limited Warranty
Warranty Scope & Eligibility
All Apollo Scooters (“scooters”), are covered with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one year (12 months), starting on the day the scooter is received by the customer. This limited warranty coverage is only applicable in the following conditions:
- Only the original purchaser (name listed on the shipping address) is entitled to the limited warranty coverage which commences on the day the scooter is received by the customer. The warranty period is terminated on the first day of the second year of ownership, or when the scooter is resold or transferred to another individual (warranty is by no means transferable under any circumstances).
- The limited warranty is only applicable to the list of covered components, which includes the following:
- Lithium ion battery
- Frame
- Scooter stem
- Controller
- Handlebar
- LED lights
- Motor and motor hub
- Throttle
- LCD display and wiring
- The warranty is applicable for the following components only if defects are reported within the first 30 days or 10KM of use (whichever comes first):
- Rims
- Brake callipers
- Brake discs
- Kickstands
- Forks
If the defect is not reported within this period, the components will not be covered by warranty. Instead, customers will be able to purchase spare parts at wholesale price and will be required to cover any associated shipping expenses.
Any defect report must include an image or video, proving the existence of the defect. When a defective component is reported and the Apollo engineering team validates the existence of the defect, Apollo will, in its sole discretion, either:
- Repair the defective component at an Apollo service centre (labour included)
- Replace the defective component with a new component (free shipping and part included)
IT REMAINS THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE APOLLO ENGINEERING TEAM TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE CORE COMPONENT OR SCOOTER ARE DEFECTIVE AND IF THEY ARE COVERED BY THE LIMITED WARRANTY.
All products are shipping within 6 business days once the purchases have received final approval. We do our best to ship products the same day, when possible. Orders that arrive before 12pm PST are often shipped the same day, when inventory is stocked at our retail location. Most of our electric scooters and bikes are shipped through UPS of Fedex ground services and delivery times range from 2 to 5 days in Florida and Eat cost, and from 8 to 15 days on the west coast. Call for a more definitive delivery estimation. We do offer express delivery through UPS, Fedex and USPS. We do not ship outside of the US, and cannot ship battery operated products to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

30-Day Return Period for Electric Scooters & Bikes
Any item purchased from SimplyEV.com.com may be returned within (30) thirty calendar days from the date delivery of the item to you was completed, if the item remains new, unused, unopened, in its original packaging complete with all originally included materials and all tags still attached to the items. Upon receipt, processing, and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the purchase price, minus discounts, and credits, minus all shipping costs, outbound and return, to you subject to the following terms and conditions:

If you have removed the tags, used the products, or have destroyed the original packaging, we might be unable to accept the return. We reserve the right to refuse your return or exchange request, and the right to charge a restocking fee and other handling costs based on our sole and exclusive discretion.

SimplyEV may charge additional fees for any accepted product returns which are found to be damaged upon receipt and inspection by SimplyEV.

A prepaid return label will be supplied upon request. Please use this label and contact the shipping company for a pickup or drop-off. If insurance is not included in the shipping it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain the required signatures to validate the insurance policy. The customer can use their shipping company of choice but SimplyEV will not be responsible for lost or damaged products. It is at the customers discretion to purchase insurance for the package.

Should the customer believe any items to be defective the customer must bring this to the attention of SimplyEV prior to use. Once the product has been used it can no longer be returned for a refund and defective items would be covered under manufacturer warranty.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund. If the return is rejected due to not meeting the terms of this policy, we will hold the product until you provide payment for shipment of the product back to you. We will only hold rejected returns for 30 days from the date we receive the product back from you.
Non-defective items that are returned opened and within the item’s return policy period (10% restocking fee will apply).
*Please note, a 10% restocking fee will be applied on returns of Dirt eBike and eMoped regardless if the item has been opened or not or if you change your mind while the item is in transit to you and this is to help us recoup some of the shipping fee that is incurred, we will try our best to process any requests to cancel your order but this is NOT guaranteed.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
SimplyEV takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We strongly suggest that the customer insures any shipped packages for the minimum cost of the products.
